Relationships
Sessions supporting connection, self-respect, relational clarity, and the way emotional patterns are experienced, repeated, and recalibrated in relationship.
How to Move Through This Pathway
This pathway is designed to support relationship patterns one session at a time rather than moving quickly from one recording into another. Each session supports continuity, familiarity, and a deeper internal response through repetition.
Evening sessions may be used as you drift into sleep. Daytime sessions may be used upon waking or during a quieter point of entry.
For best continuity, remain with one selected session for a minimum of seven days before moving into another. These sessions build upon one another and are best experienced with consistency rather than speed.
One session. Seven days. Deeper response.
