Emotional Challenges
Sessions supporting internal steadiness, emotional recalibration, pattern interruption, and a more coherent response to stored or repeated emotional experiences.
How to Move Through This Pathway
This pathway is designed to support emotional recalibration one session at a time rather than moving quickly from one recording into another. Each session supports continuity, familiarity, and a deeper internal response through repetition.
Evening sessions may be used as you drift into sleep. Daytime sessions may be used upon waking or during a quieter point of entry.
For best continuity, remain with one selected session for a minimum of seven days before moving into another. These sessions build upon one another and are best experienced with consistency rather than speed.
One session. Seven days. Deeper response.
